The Family <3

So the family I am staying with consists of 5 people: Hans Askel, Lene, Katrine, Cecillie, and Signe.

Hans Askel is the father of the family. He smiles alot and is very good with the kids. He works for Legoland! Tonight we cooked dinner together, he is very good at teaching me new things. he often asks me what things are called in English since his first language is Danish.

Lene is the mother of the family. She is very nice and we share a lot of laughs. She tells me lots about the town and where there are things that I can do. She really has my best interests at heart. She works from home for Cranium (the board game company) so I spend my days with her.

Katrine is the oldest (11) of the three girls. She loves gymnastics and is constantly trying to do handstands. She is soft spoken and dramatic. She is trying out for her school play tomorrow and she wants one of the main parts. She likes to help take care of her little sisters.

Cecillie is the middle child (9). She has the reddist hair of the three and for some reason she seems the most stereotypically British even though that whole family is Danish. She loves sports and anything involving activity. She also loves to learn new information. I talk to her a lot about the British football (soccer) team. She also loves handheld video games and she has TONS of them. Right now her Nintendo DS is her favourite. We often call her Cillie (Silly) instead of using her full name.

Signe (pronounced Seen-Ah) is the "baby" (7) of the family. She is a goofball! She loves cuddling and making up horrible jokes. She is not very patient and is always moving until she exhausts herself. Her favourite thing to do with me is jump on the trampoline. She thinks that English from Canada is called Canadaish.
