*So the internet was out for quite some time here. And in that time quite a lot of photos we're taken. So I am going to make a few posts right now...to keep everything organzied.*
This post is about how Katrine and I, using the new Jamie Oliver cookbook made everyone dinner. It was excellent! See for yourself...
This is the table. Dosn't it look pretty?
This is the finished product. It is macaroni and cheese with four different types of cheese and it is amazing. The salad has three types of lettuce, carrot, and cook green beans in it and the dressing is a balsamic that we made from scratch.
This is Katrine and I in the middle of mixing the merangue. It is supposed to be thick enough that you can hold the entire bowl upside down oever your head without it falling on you!
This is me tipping the merangue over my head...it didn't move even a little. Katrine and I were pretty proud!
This is the desert. It is called an Eton Mess.
It has raspberries, strawberries, double cream, crushed up merangue, vanila seed, and roasted almonds in it.
